Planning my 1st ever meal plan in my entire life!


Sunrise Oatmeal Pancakes -  at least 3 times use Almond Milk also a spoonful of peanut butter spread on the pancake with either blueberries or strawberries

Salmon with squash and zucchini 

Brown rice - snow peas - carrots - bell peppers- spinach 

Fruits - oranges, strawberries, almonds, blueberries for snack

Ohhh yeah...  and drink more water!!!
  
This should give me a powerful week for some powerful teaching in the classroom!
